Over time, whenever our budget allows, older products will become free.

This page contains a nice (but incomplete) list of free resources. Use them to make learning fun and effective. Use them to “test” the quality of our products if you’re unsure.

Is free really free?

Yup. Simply add the resources to your cart, tell us the email address where we should send them, and you’re good.

No delay, no forced newsletter subscription, no need to create an account.

In fact, some resources (under “Direct Links”) are just links to raw files, which bypass the entire store.

Why do you do this?

This online store was founded by someone who loves learning, but hated every second at school. The entire system of education is either useless when it comes to learning or actively harmful when it comes to health and personal growth. At the same time, as he grew up, he noticed the stark divide between those who could afford proper education and help, and those who could not (for whatever reason).

All his life, he dreamed of providing a better curriculum. One based on games and social activities, one based on what science says works, one that he would have loved to have when he was young. And he wanted to make this curriculum free, with no strings attached.

The reality of society requires that the store makes some money. To put food on the table and keep the servers running. That’s why it’s a store and many resources have a price tag.

But, whenever possible, we make the oldest / cheapest products completely free. Hopefully, in time, the store will be big enough that we can provide a free curriculum to anyone in the world.

Is this sustainable?

There’s an unfortunate clash between principles and society. We’ll admit that it’s hard to stay true to this vision, but definitely not impossible.

Our store does not work through subscriptions, or abusive licensing, or any other shady tactics. (Subscriptions don’t really work anyway when you sell so many different products, because everyone likely only needs a small specific subsection.)

You simply pay one price and get the product (and any updates) forever. And, of course, many products are completely free.

The only way we can make this work is by making paid products “relatively expensive”. By balancing the free with the paid. Our resources sometimes cost twice or thrice what you would pay on other platforms (for something similar).

At the same time, we often put a lot more into a single product. We bundle related work into a single resource per topic. We build our own powerful systems or give you the raw source files to edit. Quality over quantity, content over cover. This is unfortunately not that apparant from the outside, but we always firmly believe our resources are worth the price we ask.

The products below were explicitly designed to be a "demo" or "trial" version. Our goal is to have one such product per Charm ( = product type). Use them to try out our work and see if you like it!
